TO the dear one and only:
Huang Jia Qi
To my dear best friend, my dear sister, my dear classmate and an irreplaceable girlfriend, Jia Qi.
~+~+~+~+~+~+~+~+~+~+~+~+~+~+~+~+~+~+~+~+~+~+~+~+~+~+
Dear Jia Qi.
Tonight as I sit before my laptop with “Ignorance” by Paramore playing through my speaker, I started to wonder about things that happen in this short 2 years in Bedok Green.
Do you remember the time I asked if you wanted to join me for recess? HAHA. I remembered it. I was having a tiff with JIaYU and followed you for recess from then on. Then, you met our dear Amanda. And soon Amanda joined our clique. And we grew. Remember how we used to go to the public library to pick out books on knitting? Or do you remember the time when we studied for Chinese.
Yeah, those were the nice beautiful times that we shared together. The only regrets were the part that we were on rocky grounds. Indeed, we both just needed time to cool down. And after the cooling down was done, I think I’m back and ready for the next portion of the ride.
However, despite the hiatus, I would still like to offer my ear, my help, my shoulders, my words of advice to you. Cause it doesn’t matter what the world views friendship as. In my opinion friendship is a relationship that never ends despite how long the absence of its presence. Friendship is something that is able to live through time and age. So despite all that has been passed, I still wish you regard me as your friend just like how I have always regarded you as mine.

I don’t know how to end, but I want to tell you that these 2 years with you were one of the best times I ever had. Take care. Words really can’t show how much I will miss you. If I was asked to write a 200 word compo, I don’t think I would know what to write. If I was asked to paint a picture of our friendship, I don’t think any drawing would come out. But when somebody ask me how our friendship was. I can boldly say.
“Kira-kira desu. (It is glittering)”
Hugs and Kisses
